Alchemy Engineering can provide your company with quality machined products manufactured on the latest CNC machine tools strictly adhering to ISO 9001:2000 the accreditation of which was achieved in Dec 2007. Our team of skilled machinists have many years of experience between them and have experience in machining even the most difficult materials including inconels and other high temperature alloys. Each machine is Programmed using the latest Fanuc 21i–t conversational controls. Enabling quick and easy shop floor programming thus reducing the time from programming to achieving a “First Off”. Two of our lathes also have c axis capabilities allowing turning and milling of some parts in one hit reducing cost and improving quality.
